The joker will not stop the haze until singapore returns the money illegally transferred out of Indonesian bank in 1998 amounting to about USD2 billion and extradite the people involved plus return the sand illegally dredged from indonesian islands, some of which disappeared and were used for singapore's reclamation projects plus pay for environmental damages to the local fishing community.
