If you employed 1,200 workers to work 24 hours a day in the West, you'd not only bust your budget given the high salaries, you'd also face lawsuits from unions. The authorities would also be indicting your company for breaching working time directives. You'd be bankrupted in no time at all and spend the rest of your working life in the slammer.

BTW, the building was supposed to be completed in 12 days, but stoppages due to rain and snow delayed it to 19 days. It is a broadly sustainable building and earthquake-proof up to Richter 9. Eat your hearts out.

"Complain" is a verb.
