The music industry is much more complicated than we outsiders know. One of the most important person in the artiste's career is the manager. Besides, we hear one voice, we might be impressed, but there are hundreds, if not thousands of similarly talented people waiting in line at auditions, some with parents, connections pulling strings for them. As we discuss this subject here, there are limitless aspiring entertainers trying out in places like LA, Las Vegas, Montreal, and numerous other cities trying to break into the limelight. That's why they say, "Don't quit your day job yet!" It may take a long time for many, if they even get a chance to be heard.
