    Breakfasts in Hong Kong is always great, it could be in a restaurant with timsum or like this simple porridge joint





    While waiting for your porridge to be freshly made can order their fun-cheong or our chee cheong fun. I like the Hong Kong style with peanut sauce and chili



    Here comes the porridge - lean meat with pork liver

    After breakfast if game can go for the 24hrs massage, this is what I call progressive city



    Lucky for the Hongkongers, the Indian ma-ma still not occupy corners like this unlike western cities





    Always wonder how food in this 茶餐厅 taste, always very long queue

    Two years ago when I first went to the 新斗记 restaurant in Jordan and another in the Hong Kong island side there were like only 3 or 4 branches today they have more than 10 and also 1 in China. Today went to their Northpoint branch

    Another great start

    Steamed carrot cake - very soft and delicious, a very big piece for only $9 ($1.50)


    chow meen - simple yet tasty also $9


    Freshly cooked porridge a must - lean pork with liver $28 ($4.60)

    If you want a good Cantonese meal can try Lei Garden. Believe they are in Singapore too. This is at

    Never know XueGe 雪蛤 or hasma can be use as a soup as I always thought it s for sweet soup only. Super delicious

    Night music and wine at the Intercontinental over looking Hong Kong Island - highly recommended for a nice night view of Hong Kong island. Take note that drinks are a little expensive here.

    If you are referring to the flower crab Teochew style served cold, done that on Monday at Harbour Road. Anyway looking forward to more hairy ones tomorrow in Hangzhou.

    炸两 yew-tiao wrapped with chee cheong fan $11


    炒面 fried noodles $9


    Notice above photo 3 bottles? Sweet sauce, peanut sauce, chili sauce these 3 heavenly sauces when mixed with cheong-fan or fried noodles makes everything so deliciously different
