You cannot say that it is safe and guaranteed. They need to be transparent. That is not the only issues, the poor returns and the minimum sums need to be addressed.

The money is ours is stating the obvious.

He should say 'seemingly' safe.
He is the guy who famously said that the locals who are not buying cars should not worry about inflation - that the rising COEs were affecting only car owners. And he was the finance minister when he said that.
