Only Foreigners & guests can RIOT in SINgapore.....the SINgaporeans are so CULTURED that they do not protest & our SINgapore Police Force is one shinning example to the rest of the police on this earth....THEY SHOW MAXIMUM RESTRAINT.....after all it only a game played with BALLS!! ha ha ha ha
