The PAP government can't be bother about dual citizens ...bet that many children of the PAP elites are holding dual citizenships. The ICA knows but closes an eye.
In a country where 40 percent of the population are foreigners, it is a matter of time before dual citizenship will be the official policy.

Before that happens, the government should secure foreign citizenship for those born here. That way, sinkees can have a choice on where they would want to live.
