No la. It's just this bunch if superstituous ppl that want numbers therefore they search for significant events it doesn't have to be sorrowful or tragic events. It's just that car accidents for example usually have a bunch of numbers at the car's license plate for example while other events usually don't have any numbers so ppl need to find some combination of them.

The police officer charged with the double murder at Kovan was remanded for another week for investigations.
Iskandar Rahmat, represented by Mr Ferlin Jayatissa and two other lawyers from Lexcompass LLC, allegedly committed murder by causing the death of car workshop owner Tan Boon Sin, 66, and his son, Chee Heong, 42, a businessman, at their Hillside Drive home on July 10.
The younger Tan was stabbed and dragged by the family's car apparently driven by the 34-year-old Iskandar. The body was dislodged about 1km away near Kovan MRT Station that afternoon.
The senior staff sergeant was arrested in Johor after a 54-hour manhunt on July 13.
At Monday's brief mention, the prosecution told the court that Iskandar was warded in Changi General Hospital from July 15 to 21 due to an infection on his right hand.
The prosecutor sought a further week's remand.
Iskandar's lawyer told reporters that he had been briefed by the family last week. His application to speak to Iskandar for a while was turned down by the prosecution as investigation is still ongoing.
Iskandar will be back in court on July 29. If convicted, he faces the death penalty.

Fresh twist in Kovan double murder case
The high-profile Kovan double murder case took on a fresh twist on Monday after the suspect in custody turned up in court, unaware that he had been appointed lawyers.
34-year-old police staff sergeant Iskandar bin Rahmat, who has been charged with the double murder of father and son Tan Boon Sin and Tan Chee Heong, asked “Who engaged lawyers for me?”
Appearing at the Subordinate Courts on Monday morning wearing a black T-shirt and jeans, with his right hand in a bandage, Iskandar, who has been suspended from duties, was revealed by police to have been hospitalised for five days last week with an infection from a previous injury to his hand.
The three counsel, who were hired by members of his family to defend him, introduced themselves formally in court on Monday.
They are Ferlin Jayatissa and Rudy Marican from Lex Compass LLC, and they told reporters they were engaged "as soon as (Iskandar) was charged" last week. Joining them on the case next week also is N Sudha Nair.
The three applied to speak to Iskandar on Monday, but were denied by police who said their investigations were still ongoing.
"We will approach the investigation team to get access to him as soon as is possible," said Jayatissa, who spoke on behalf of the team.
Earlier this month, 66-year-old Tan Boon Sin was found dead in the garden of his home at 14J Hillside Drive, while the body of his son, 42-year-old Tan Chee Heong, was dragged beneath a car over more than a kilometre from there to Kovan MRT, where it finally dislodged.
The suspended senior staff sergeant is alleged to have been at the wheel of the silver Toyota Camry, which belonged to the elder Tan. The car was found the next morning parked outside a row of automobile workshops on Eunos Avenue 3, while Iskandar allegedly escaped to Johor Bahru on a green scooter the night before.
He was then arrested outside a restaurant by Malaysian police, and was brought back to Singapore and charged the following Monday.
Iskandar remains under police custody for further investigation at the Central Police Division, and will have his case mentioned again in court next Monday. If found guilty, he faces the death penalty.
