The official trial was over long ago!

It was held in the open court of public opinion by the Shit Times Prostituters presenting a widespread perception of guilt, dirty laundry airing,
skeletons in the corset, malicious lies, gossips and indiscretion of the marvelous five and their love ones were convincingly aired and spotlighted!

Guilty as charged … we, the jury proclaimed, said the Braddell Prostitutes!

Sentencing were meted out by the Commission of Charity and "concerned members" ... without fear of prejudice to the court of law … all were
post-hastily removed from their official and voluntarily positions and services to the Lord and Church!

Come 15 May 2013, the court of appeal, will review and endorse the court of public opinion's finding and a guilty verdict is expected.

However, sentencing will be benevolent for the exemplary pretrial behavior of the accuses, CHC and their flock of sheep (example of such good
behavior can be seen in abundant during the 2011 GE with wholesale 110% endorsement of the PAP by CHC).

A threat to the ruling elites have been resolved … a torn in the flesh has been plucked … a potential clog to the wheel of fortune permanently fixed!

As such, the prosecutors rightly demand a custodial "slap on the waist" sentencing so that justice can be seen to be done!

Much like Shi Ming Yi, the guilty party will be sentenced to 6 month (after appeal) of excruciating hard labor in our state's holiday chalet with discount
for productivity bonus.

If all goes well, our friends should be out in time for Christmas … 2013!

Hallelujah … Praise ye the Lord!

Is this the same Judge Michael Khoo, who was removed after his judgement in favour of JBJ ?

At a pre-trial conference held this morning (March 8) the court date for the trial has been confirmed.

The first set of dates of the trial are from May 15 to May 23. The prosecution will present its case first.

Chew Eng Han, whose application for Queen’s Counsel was rejected this past Tuesday, has found a Senior Counsel, Michael Khoo of Michael Khoo & Partners to represent him.

Chew tells City News, “Everything turned around real fast after the court decision. I approached SC Michael Khoo that same day and he agreed to represent me without hesitation. I’m very comfortable with him and I feel upbeat. God is great!”

Michael Khoo is a former Senior District Judge of the Subordinate Courts.

It looks like the senior lawyers in Singapore are relatively more expensive than Toronto.
$15,000 a day implies about $2,000 an hour,
whereas there are very few lawyers whose billing rate is more than Cdn $1,000 an hour.
