Not only heavy traffic and facing all types of dangerous commercial vehicles, pollution and heat can also kill u. He can suggest, he can be role model and try 1st lor. Bet you he has to have another operation very quickly. Singapore weather too hot to cycle. By the time get to office, sweaty and smelly.

I'm completely for cycling as an alternative to driving. But LTA needs to do its part. It needs to provide cycle lanes. It needs to review and enforce laws on cycling, including but not limited to rules of engagement with pedestrians and motor traffic, types of cycle allowed - there are now 'bicycles' that can travel faster than motorcycles, and cyclists who blatantly cycle against the flow of traffic on major roads.

The LTA has turned a blind eye to all these and now have blood on their hands.

I've considered cycling to the neighbourhood supermarket. However the problem is that there is nowhere to park.
