PEASANTPORE: The High Kangaroo Court predictably dismissed a potentially embarassing legal bid by opposition politician pariah Kenneth Jeyaretnam to stop Peasantpore's US$4 billion protection money pledge to the inept, incompetent, incapable and potentially insolvent International Monetary Fund (IMF). The principal stakeholders of the IMF are Uncle Sam and the Old World Ang Mohs.
In April, Peasantpore made the pledge to bolster the IMF's war chest to tackle the ongoing eurozone debt crisis as the Jermans refused to print euros as advised by Uncle Sam. As a loyal vassal of Uncle Sam, Peasantpore has to contribute to the bailout funds if the Ang Moh eurozone countries implodes and cause a bankrun in Uncle Sam!
The Monetary Arses of Peasantpore had previously responded to the legal challenge, stating that Article 144 of the Sham Republic's Constitution "does not apply to loansharking activities by regime" but "prevents the regime from borrowing $$ or print Sing dollars for fun. Whether the authority of Parliament and the President's concurrence or secured are understood to be subjected to Ruler Loong's all powerful decree(s)".
Mr Jeyaretnam, who filed the application in July, will be forced to pay costs. This tactic is to warn potential dissenters from using the Kangaroo Courts to make Ruler Loong look like a fool. The regime is wary that bapoks will use similar tactics to challenge Article 377A and force Ruler Loong's hand. Dissenter KJ had naively argued that the loan violated Article 144 of the Sham Constitution, as no approval for the IMF bailout was sought in Parliament or from the President. In fact, there is only a Procedural Parliament or 33.5% Rubber Stamp President. KJ did not realised that only Ruler Loong's decrees count in Peasantpore and it is faster to change the Peasantpore's Constitution than getting a PRC hostess to remove her bra.
However, the kangaroo court claimed that the consent of the Rubber Stamp President is not required - Phony Tan only represents 33.5 of the peasants. The Frenchies will consider Phony Tan as a minority lameduck.
The court knew that dissenter Jeyaretnam has some legal training to challenge Ruler Loong's god-king executive powers but claimed he did not have the standing as he is just a political pariah. In addition, the Kangaroo judges crowed that KJ is not personally affected by the extension of the loan because only Familee has first claim to all $$ in Peasantpore. This implies Ho Jinx is not accoutable for her speculative losses using tax-payers dollars!
