2. adult literacy rate 2002
3. gross tertiary enrollment ratio
4. life expectancy at birth 2002
5. the level of democratization 2002 (Tatu Vanhanen's Index of Democratization)

The map you showed is the map for Quality of Human Conditions.
The map I showed is the map for IQ.

Actually the other 33.4% has no brain.
