If we pay Hong Leong Finance CEO more than DBS Bank CEO five times more. People will say we are crazy. If we tell the reason to pay five times more is because Hong Leong Finance is small but it is not easy to get the Hong Leong Finance to perform better than DBS Bank. People will say we might joking. The reason to accept the Benchmark is because we select from the pole of 1K Top CEO, President, Chairman and Directors income. People will say we are cheating the public money.

How big is big?

How small is small?

What is the logical to judge?
