Price in districts like Bukit Indah in which many residents are working in Spore due to the area's proximity to 2nd link has gone up significantly .. a bowl of dessert at shophouse (not mall) easily cost RM8 nowadays

Good luck to them if they are thinking of making big bucks via renting . Even if they are thinking of comuting in/out of Singapore to work , it might be ended up more costly than staying in Singapore . haha ! Maybe one day Johorian working in JB will rent our HDB and comute to work instead !

yes its a good idea on paper to commute in and out of Spore but unless your coy is not too far off from the north, the journey will still take a while. Unless your JB condo is near the future MRT that flows from spore to jb
sighzzz. used to cost RM2+ in the past for that. still its only SGD1.60 .. so still have room to appreciate!!
