The police are appealing for the relatives of a 91-year-old man to contact them.
The man, Mr Tan Boon Sai, was a resident of Christalite Methodist Home.
He died at the Khoo Teck Puat Hospital on Sept 4.
Those with information on Mr Tan or his relatives can call the police hotline at 1800-255-0000.
