I seriously do hope that this will be just a case of glitch due to poor administration rather than vernerable Ming Yi having the intention to cheat on any of the funds that were entrusted and managed by him by the organization.

I am not sure if Singapore will face any form of recession in the near future with this big plans for the IR & F1 & the promise of the big bucks that will be injected into our economy but one thing is certain - better watch our spendings & hang on to our jobs for now all thanks to the slow down...
