This is the problems with buyer, they buy on an artist expression but not a legal binding contract especially in Malaysia which is a lawless country.

Hi OracleMasia, agree with you. Malaysia don't seem to change much after Mahathir time. This guy short change the Singapore stock buyer back in 1998, so it is not surprise to see "some" property developer and their agent doing this type of unethical act. Just my observation.

Hi Graveyard, thks for the info, BTW when we signed on the purchase agreement, the sale rept told us we can take back our S$5K when the price is different from the price stated in the agreement. But he is very cunning and did not stated in the agreement. So investor beware!! Just my experience...
