I am not familiar with the property prices... but i tried to check the prices for EL and HH, the wetlands terrace price does seems ok. So will u be going to the launch? I am also in dilemma. The monthly installments will not be cheap.

Heard they start to take in deposits for wetland... for those already staying thr, is location of wetlands a gd one?

Yes neh... i am really totally new... been reading websites here and thr... then saw a river taxi being planned from petra harbour or something... and its like 20mins from NI. And the river taxi will take 29mins to reach marina or wat... then thought the total journey like faster than driving to...
