Just for add, if you own a property in Jb, u can still do it at IRDA for RM$30. Need to bring the property SPA as proof together with photograph. If SPA under wife's name, need bring marriage cert too. Best to photocopy these document eg. SPA cover page.

I went to precint 8 this afternoon. Was told by security that noone was supposed to go in but he allow me to see on the outside around p8b area. Of cos when im inside I didnt have trouble going to 8a.

I tink if tht was to happen, precint 8 card access system will look stupid. Well let just see how it goes later on.

There are actualy a few breakin in tht precint, involving different houses. Might just be a cover up story. Definately unbelivable.

Lets see if the developer really enforced these. The previous break ins was suspected of those workers, but then again, the guards actually allowed any tom, dick or harry to come into the precint as such anyone with motive could eventually commit the break in.
