Get them to get the buyers/sellers and do paperwork but for price contact the buyer/seller direct...
check out www.nextdistrict.com to prevent agents from hiding any price.. u can still get them to get the buyer/seller for you but dun trust them on the price stuff..
And you will not know if the agents tell you the true pricing as they usually dun 'encourage' buyer/seller to interact. Esp for co-broke i think u will not get the best deal but rather what is best for the agents. I will look for them to get the buyer to view my house but dun trust them...
