is the townhouse wotth buying at 800k? i heard they aer digging the new access route to medini but was told it is not cfm whether it will be opened subject to govt approval. my question is why dig it when it is possible that it may not be opened up for access in future? :confused:

Hmm depends on how u calc. It shld be around 7pct. But the maintenance is hefty at 400 pm due to the big size so dat keeps a cap on the rent yield
