Being objective means you look at the risks involved too instead of buying into what the ppty salesman are drumming into you. I myself am vested in msia so obviously I see good in the msia ppty market and I never said Medini is doomed to fail, was just highlighting the risks of investing in msia.

I.am.not saying it is impossible to.make money from msia. I myself have an old zone A condo thats giving me a decent rent yield and i am looking at taking a new condo too. what i did say is ts not true that every singaporean who invested in msia made.profit.
