Singaporean can easily rent out their HDB flat and come over to stay in JB. Not possible?

Just why i say, many singaporeans will come over to stay in this condos. You like to stay in HDB flat or luxury condo?

JB is a totally different scenario. All lands that sold to Chinese Developers belong to the SULTAN. Malay community are cultured to obey the order of Sultan. No one dare to defy the Sultan's will. Just why i stress that the involvement of Sultan in these projects are crucial.

Singapore wont back track on this. Without Singapore, Iskandar Development is really nothing.

Chinese developers simply love the land at Danga which near the river. A body of water in front of the house or condo such as a lake, a river or a pond, is excellent feng shui. The units facing the river are the best.... but have to pay premium price for it.

Luckily ghost city wont happen in JB because of a X factor..... Singaporeans and their government for fully supported Iskandar development region. China developers are smart to know this.

China is a super power now. Deserve to be respected by us. Malaysian or Singaporean chinese who always ridicule China developers may have just forgotten their roots. Same like making fun at their own forefather.

Sure they can change supplier, but the materials' quality are not gonna be the same again. I am a patriotic Malaysian too and i support foreign developers to develop our beloved State of Johor. This cannot be done by relying on local developers.

Definitely not everything but most of it can be found in China.

This is good news to RnF. Thanks for confirming it. Local developers that are going to import all these raw materials gonna suffer most.
