Re: Meridin@Medini - Integrated development Sunway's new theme park at Sungai Pendas, probably it will be next or near by Sunway Iskandar development. This will be very near LF, and a short distance away from the Medini business district. Sunway owns the land there, therefore it will make alot...

With Meridin and Iskandar Residences doing very well in their sales, heard that prices for balance units will be up. For the medini area, heard alot saying new launches will move psf upwards, so lets see D'Prestine and Afiniti (these are said to be long qeue list about 1k psf), ZhuoYuan Iskandar...

Seriously, with that amount can buy Meridin a few units and flip when time is right. Or, as pointed out should go for landed also can.

As highlighted above, buying now at below rm800 psf is the way to go, no wonder so hot over at those new launches. More to come, and prices will increase for sure.

Maybe a bit early, but since there are lots of interest in Medini property launches, buyers/investors so its probably about time to start a thread on Medini community.
