Re: State Authority Consent matters Thanks. Looks like my lawyer is trying to fool me. I even asked her why I paid state levy immediately for my condo unit upon signing S&P with another lawyer firm, so she said condo is different as it is strata title not individual title.

Re: State Authority Consent matters I went to my lawyer in Mar 13 for the signing of S&P. Asked when can I apply for state consent. She said not so soon, wait for the individual title first, then apply for the consent. She even told me that I might pay higher levy if there is change in policy.
