    The tower is slab block and one end has windows on the bedroom that would face the straits but this will be blocked by the highrise though the unit would still have straits view. To what I understand the Teega view is not blocked by pinetree.

At the same time to get bank loan need banker valuers to provide valuation. Came out with low valuation below RM 500K and banker...

    I have a rare reversed case. The bank valuation is $100 to 150k from 2 different banks below what the State valued. Is there a back door approach? I am waiting to see what the 3rd bank valuation is like.

    Sieve out the speculators/flippers from the investors. Greedy developers have no support to cut carrot on investors. Red hot also not good for market as genuine homebuyers will suffers. Good luck to those still vested as the market find its equilibrium.
