SPA fees - this is not cheap bro - base on yr house price.. SPA on bank loan - this also not cheap - for 560k easily RM6-7k , i think...mine was <400k already 5k. I think that's about it...but got small ones left - utilities deposit....a few hundred only nia...

Bros, in MY, the fees are paid by the seller. The buyer do not need to pay any fees at all if you are buying from resale. All my previous properties, i dun pay any fees....unless rules have changed for the last 5 yrs!

It's for the whole term bro, if blr changes, the bank will adjust the tenure of yr loan....goes up, you pay longer, goes down you pay shorter tenure... And the int charged if full repaid...put it this way, you almost can get another 1/2 a house!! I think!!

Bros, I didn't pay any fees except the legal fees on the bank loan... I think in my case the developer absorbed all the other cost.. Totals fees I've paid so far are the difference btw the loan and purchase price and the lawyers fees which they hv invoiced but I hv yet to pay...

Does this mean that next time when the MRT is ready in say 6-8 yrs time, it will be a breeze to travel from JB outskirt to SG Woodlands MRT - Then from there connect to the rest of SG? With the MRT, say from Kempas, to CIQ, probably will take 15 mins max and then go thru the JB CIQ check...
