diff developer diff offer~ For example NI, zero legal fee, zeo stamp duties, and zero legal fee(customer) meaning NI will cover both leal fee for develper and customer. For BH, they onli zeo legal,zero stamp duties,so u need to pay ur loan agreement fee ursef.

From my understand is...bumilot can b open sold once its release. If u buy fee, u need to pay a few legal n transfer it. Few years later if u wan sell it,u can onli sell to bumi. In short,if u r going investing,don go for bumilot. If u wan buy it for urself, no issues

Hi crystal bh got better environment than ni in terms of facilities bt more crowded there. Besides that bh is onli 1 small taman if compare with ni. Ni house is smaller alot than bh bt price also need abt 400k. And yes bh left bigger unit now which is 660k n very expensive now Luckily i grab...
