I usually forfeit mine too. Room vouchers are hard to redeem as the rooms are subject to availability, which is not easy to book on Fri/Sat night. Spa i used once - actually its not bad and the place is quite nice. I still like F&B vouchers and nn chips/slots which is easier to spend.
