I think Tri Tower is in a very good location as it is very near to Bukit Chagar and the current CIQ. Really can walk to CIQ, about 5 mins, i guess. The project has an exhibition in the recent Propertyguru. Seems like they are giving high end materials such as marble flooring, but not many units...

Heard from UEMS senior manager, besides the HSR there will also be MRT from Singapore Tuas to Nusajaya in future. When clarify with him, he confirmed. I think even though it is real, that will take many many years..... views on this?

If the price for The Wave start from 900 psf, then the price for Grand Medini (starting from 800 psf) is too high. The Wave is freehold and Grand Medini is leasehold.
