Astaka completed phase 2a - groundworks, piling done - those on 90% loan bank will settle. Sg buyers need to pay 10% now. In case anyone did not any letter, pls call their office.

I only have 1 home completed cannot refinance loan or cashout - HDB not flexible in this regard. Even private loan with bank for HDB also cannot refinance to take cash out.
Under con property refinance not worth it if within lock in period.....
I just a poor man. Astaka - for same price cannot get a decent size condo in Sg. Almost everyone in Sg can afford to buy if can afford to stay in condo.
