    I am sure u will get a lot of PM from agents soon...... if ur Sg be prepared to be buying RM1 mil houses soon. Look around property guru for pricing, and then offer 20% below that to start negotiating. residential land wont be taken back as "malay land" if buying directly from the developer...

    Just buy and wait it out. Wont die one...... as long have cash to hold. If cannot to buy super high end condo or bungalow buy a decent sized condo / terrace / strata cluster. With rebate and discount, can get with minimal DP.

    I only have 1 home completed cannot refinance loan or cashout - HDB not flexible in this regard. Even private loan with bank for HDB also cannot refinance to take cash out. Under con property refinance not worth it if within lock in period.....

    The cupboard / table top are acrylic based. feels plastics to me when i go see showroom. the tiles are ok, coz new, cant tell if age well.
