I mean technically the initial vaccines were all free, administered through government administered facilities free of cost. I had got 2 shots free. One pays in different ways, like medical and all and other taxes, it is different. Once free one does not have a right to claim for any side...

Since i am away from Singapore atmo, i am looking for a mobile number which i can give so that local sg person can call me without having to pay international call rates. Skype previously used to offer a virtual sg number , but now it has stopped for Sinapore

By Singapore number i mean Singapore Mobile Sim card number, sorry i assumed it would be understood. Does anyone know if it is possible nby any chance? I can see that a couple of sg telecom companies provide an eSim (which does not need physical delivery of sim card) with a valid Singapore ID...
