You took too much credit. It was one-third Tony Tan being there to "support" that gave him the medal! It was also Tony Tan's son that taught him about deferring NS. :D BTW Tony will still be there enjoying five days holiday at our expense too.

Don't be so hard. One-third Tony went all the way there to "support" him and then got a bit of limelight some more. Good thing Tony's son Patrick Tan showed the way to get out of NS. Otherwise how could we get the gold? :D

I am glad that I did not stay to watch the celebration "live" at the Stadium yesterday. This morning I tuned in my recording and saw the worst national day parade and show ever. Why? I was able to fast forward on the following: 1 Amateurish show using imported foreign technology 2 Bad singing...
