Symphony Heights pool starts at 1.2 meters and goes up to max of 1.5 meters.... What kind of person can drown in such pool.. Appears poor lady was quite short and total naive in swimming... One must never go deeper side if not 100% confident especially at odd hours when no one can help in case...
