We have disagreed many times on several threads relating to the Chinese people but I must say I fully agree with your comments here, and your support of the TS. Without good governance Singapore would sink rapidly.

Yes there used to be warning signs posted along the beach advising the public of the status of the water. Not very sure if they are still there.

I seem to recall that the beach at the Pasir Ris park area is actually very dirty. The water was tested and found to contain lots of bacteria including those from faeces. Surely I wont swim or even wade there.

Its just going crazy this COE thing. Just hitting high after high.

Singapore's beaches are not clean at all, but are still cleaner than most of the swimming pools.
