Golf courses in JB are generally just not well maintained. Club house facilities are often in poor condition and some are downright dirty. Just don't understand why the deterioration can be so drastic even for relatively new clubs in JB. Is it the mentality, a lack of funds or just general apathy?

Proton has such a bad rep amongst most Malaysians I have checked with but yet you see so many of those 15-20yrs old boneshakers still plying the roads in many towns in Malaysia. Is it a love-hate relationship due to the politics of Proton or just gritting-it-and-bear because it is cheap...

Is there just one single road leading into Puteri Harbor? I wonder if there will be a lot more roads in future when all these thousands of luxury condos and high-end landed are TOP plus all those crowd going to Hello Kitty and all the cruise center, etc. Wont the traffic be horrible as the roads...

Yea unlikely as low as 3xxpsf, should be around 450psf for early bird and depending on floor/facing/type. Booked both but in the end chose Sky Breeze due to location but higher psf around rm550psf. The new re-listed Sky View pricing rm600+ is not worth it, imho.

Darfer, didn't buy this property but bought elsewhere by SP Setia. Thinking of buying this on subsale if the price is right as I like the location, quiet and quite exclusive. Mingchye, HH sales ever told me that the condo not with any membership as the condo already has its own swimming pool...

Sky Breeze should be a good buy as it will be very near to various amenities. Sky Loft should be the best though, given its location. Only thing I don't like is that one side facing highway and another side very close to main arterial road, can expect noise pollution.
