i understand your point. Went to their sales office, another staff who is not sales staff explained that she will not promise customers two weeks, usually three to four weeks. She can even say if no authorised people sign cheque then more delays.

I got approval from Alliance but only 70% and they factor another 5% for mrta.

Eco Cascadia is a nice place overall, i went to view show house two weeks ago, Hazel unit. For myself, i am buying as a weekend house, so wasnt quite ideal. But if i were to buy for retirement and once a blue moon go SG then should be fine.
