    Why is Teega a disappointment. The external facade looks pretty decent. Not too sure about the interior though but seems to be a good match for the surroundings Robert Kuok's Southern Marina looks to be pretty interesting too

    Can see that the interior fitting is quite similar to other developments except perhaps the China ones. Think maybe they all use the same builder. Everything down to the tiles is similar except maybe some slight modification.

    The management committee should be ready to implement legal and punitive measures on owners who let their units go to rot. At least force them to trim the lawns.. It's so unsightly.
