My wife & me were surprised that on all property min move to RM1M, we always thou that condo should remain at RM0.5M in Iskandar since there are so many of project is in the pipe line.

    yes, i think the nearest will be the Horizon Residence by MB, which will TOP / CCC in end 2013, which will give the current "Sky"a run for their rental. Let us see. I heard from my friend that even the current "sky" is half full after TOP / CCC since early of this year, could any 1 confirm this?

    I was surprised that the M'sia gov decide to move to RM1M, coz lot of unsold Condo will be less than that. Initially, I thou might be landed >1M, Condo remain the same at RM0.5M. I think will have fire sales in some of the projects coz the Local will press the price down or even will not buy...

    I think better to take away the DIBS, which is really encouraging speculating in the M'sian. A local just need to put very small amt of down payment minus developer discount then get 90% loan, pay till key is available. Result in loca only buy new project, 2nd hand cant sell.

    Re: The Epic :) HSR = High Speed Rail, I remember some where in the forum that there should not be more than 3 stations from KL to Sg (inclusive) in order for the HSR to achieve the high speed. But now it have more that 6 station between KL & SG, not sure if they can still reach Sg in 90 mins.

    DMX88, I'm not so sure but based on my best knowledge 1) may be good to based on SP Setia D'Verde, which is near TOP / CCC & similar in land size & build up. Rest of the nearby Taman can be use a a benchmark but I believe that SP Setia do carry certain brand name.
