    True, locals are moving towards north/outskirt. Anyone heard about Taman Hijauna G&G landed, developer is Huayang. This place during initial launch, nobody was interested and bother take a second look. Now, all snapped up by locals esp the Chinese. I visited the showhouse, design is quite nice.

    Very reasonable and good price. I observe that the paint quality in MY is not as good as SG even brands like ICI or Nippon. SG price is just slightly more than MY after conversion. For external painting, better to use SG paint. Internal is still acceptable.
