I would suggest you check what is the pressure the pipes in the house are designed to withstand and rightsize the choice of the pump. If and when the buried (within the wall) leaks, it's going to be a big headache.

I believe Sg is duty free except for GST. If you stay for less than 48 hrs, it's S$150 exemption per person and S$600 for longer stay. That's a lot in Rgt in terms.
