Invisible grille not a good choice coz u can easily dismantle n pull apart by a pair of strong scissor. Usually people installed it in condo to prevent love one esp children fall from high floor. Maybe someone can give more details if I was wrong about it.

There is a roadshow in Jusco for SP Setia( tropika, indah n eco garden), mainly for semi-ds....was told by the sale rep $ range for all are from Rm1.23 to Rm1.28 mil after discount. Maybe those quoted at Rm1.5 mil is with the extra land.

Setia ego garden quite near to power station, I think it abit overprice at $1.5mil.
