if you want to race in malaysia, you train in malaysia's weather and terrain. 1400km a week is not alot. im sure the ocbc riders are around that mileage too. shimano 105 and ultegra not alot of difference, only slight difference in weigth i think. there are petrol stations and coffee shops...
