Generally speaking, if the SG crowd move to Gerbang Nusajaya area, the locals will populate the Bestari, Bukit Indah area. Prices and demand should hold as the overall market should hold if the locals can fill the gap left by overseas investors.

Does the piece of land between the NS highway and LF main entrance 1 and 2 belong to LF or UEM? From some maps which I have seen before, they seem to come under the ownership of LF. I suppose the reference to the narrow strip of land (Hektar Klask) refers to this piece of land?
