the land where the old lorry custom used to be seems to be very busy recently. A lot of earthworks with lorries and tractors going in and out. Hoardings are being put up as well but there's no advertisement or notice of the on-going works. anyone has any idea what's going on there ?

travelling via edl these days are crazy ... congested ... esp the exit out to permas if commuting daily into spore, staying at jb cbd area e.g. jln abdul samad area would be ideal. once u clear jb ciq, less than 5 min home sweet home :)

Peter lim bought the land further up, nex to the chinese school. i think its the old tnb land. further away from the old lorry custom. these old banglo land is nearer

this is area is hot. nearby old banglo land facing the straits near the hong kong restaurant was sold for about 200+ psf earlier this year. heard that some developer is accumulating land there. possibly banking in on the potential of RTS at old lorry custom

developer should still be around busy with summerscape at jalan abdul samad sky suite at meldrum hill is progressing well, seems to be at 12 floor now

anyone knows the deadline given by nsg to get back the refund if we don't accept this new package ?

big question is whether the psf would rise further if it is announced the RTS would be at the old lorry custom ?

look at those around jln abdul samad and mariamah too.... frinza court, vista height. great serene quiet environment and yet super near to JB town and CIQ

the good / lucky one should be those to got units in sky suite MB builder or summerplace if (but quite certain) the rts station is at the old lorry custom

there will be premium bus service by aeroline from the persada convention centre to KL ..... starting soon... another plus point for matex location

jus got to know that menara landmark will have medical suite as well. with double tree hilton and medical amenity within stone throw away,matex is really a good catch :) there are plans to redevelop the current kota raya bus and tax terminal too

agree that things in big town are pricey. but try to search deeper in outskirts small towns. prices are cheaper if you know where to find. over the weekend, my family(3 adults) went over to bentong. Paid RM30 for 3 bowls of beef noodle with 1 additional add-on mixed beef parts, 3 cups kopi...
