Very likely, the progress for Seed also very slow too. Please share with us as to where this road is leading to, I am sure many of us are curious to know too.

The plan of internal shutter is intended for "Seed" residents that could be extended to other residents as well. It will be great new indeed if this plan is approved. The "Seed" trademark is low density living. I am not sure if they buy that or not but I think it is an effort worth trying.
