    Nusajaya, what about Iskandar residences further south a bit Vs Grand Medini? Iskandar Residences is next to Medini Square, closer to retail. GM is much closer to Gleneagles (1 min vs 7 mins for Iskandar Residences). GM closest retail is Mall of Medini for now I believe (7 mins walk)...
