Could anyone advise on kulai property or slightly further away from bukit indah, Nusa bestari or taman sutera. I feel tt bt indah is getting more prosper and just like Singapore soon. Might hope to live in a more peaceful taman but yet nearer to Singapore for retirement purpose.

Tried the dim sum recommended by jasonjst. The shop is located at Bestari , same row as RHB Bank/Uncle Jung. I agreed the food is comparable to Chaw yuan. Tang bao and steam teochew siew mai are nice. However, they are shortage of manpower in their kitchen and thus, the food is served slower...

Last Saturday, I managed to go to the pasar malam. Wow, its reminded me of the 90s' in Singapore. The pasar malam seems at least 3 times bigger than Singapore one and generally the food stuff is much cheaper than bukit indah. I personally feel that this is a good place to stretch ur dollar :)

Just to share that I was rejected by raffles jurong point to TT as well as they do not provide such service to Singaporean with Malaysia account.

Yes,i like chaw yuan lotus leave rice too. I have tried tong xin yuan next to 8th avenue bt indah and the horizon hill coffeeshop. Personally, i prefer chaw yuan given to the price and food quality. Ok,i will try the one tt u recommended for my this weekend :)
