Any plans to buy a house ard tebrau area? I aso hang out at jusco/tesco tebrau and Johor jaya area 2 to 3 times a week. Recently got myself a house(nt for investment) ard Kempas area.

Too early to say lor.... 1 will never know what will happen in 10 to 20 yrs time. Do u still rem how bukit indah, nusa bestari, taman laguna like 6-10yrs ago? I still rem in year 2001, 1st time i went to orang asli seafood to makan......the area ard bukit indah was like jungle and d houses...

went to kempas utama this afternoon. still very underdevelop as compare to setia tropika but i see there r potential in this development as this project is by ioi. given time, i believe it will b like setia tropika. o ya, kempas utama is much better than kempas heights.

anyone heard of ioi project Kempas Utama? personally i have nt been there but heard from my malaysian friend that this project terrace and semi d nt bad and reasonably priced.

RM10k booking fee. Got RM220k disc. Mthly maintenance at RM550...this is the reason which stops me from getting the twin villa type A. Does nt make sense to pay so much in maintenance fees when I will b using it as a weekend home.

seriously speaking, i wish ST will nt have alot of amenities.....More amenities means the township will b more crowded during weekend! The reason y i chose ST is bcos the township is more 'relax' place to live in as compare to BI area.
