I too was very fustrated about the waiting time for bus 23 at temasek poly. I have to waited for at least 15 mins under peak period, furthermore the bus is dam crowed. According to report under peak period we should wait not more then 10mins. Apart of that at bendemeer, i have to wait 20mins...
